(or EUR 500 each individual location)
"Roadshow" after Bucharest (Craiova, Brasov, Constanta) = EUR 1200
(or EUR 500 each individual location)

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations should be made in writing. Delegates cancelling their participation by registered mail up to 6 weeks prior to the first day of the event will be charged a cancellation fee of €500. Thereafter the full amount is payable. No refund is due for cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the first day of the event.

PAYMENT:

The participating institution will be invoiced for all packages and services, as requested on their registration form. Payment for these must be made by the deadline stated on the invoice.
